Industrial Flask, Inc. was founded by
Clarence Mollett in 1974 to service a market need in the foundry industry.
Specifically, Beardsley & Piper® was either unable or unwilling to dedicate enough resources
toward the repair of their BSM 2016 and 2620 Match-Blomatic® automatic
molding machines. Consequently, costly machines were not able to
perform to their full potential. We entered the market and were able to
reduce the price and turnaround time of the flask repair. Since then we have
not only added products to the BP line, but have also tooled up to service many
flask sizes for the Roberts Sinto FBO, FBM, and FBN line of molding machines. Dan Schalck, our current president has worked in the foundry industry for more than 25 years. This includes more than 8 years as a Foundry Manager or Manager of Manufacturing in iron, aluminum, and copper base foundries including overseeing full machining services.
